Compiler specification (archived)

The Conductor compiler has been archived to archive/compiler-v1/. Conductor is now a pure knowledge base (markdown docs) with a minimal MCP transport. There is no compilation algorithm, no pack emission, and no deterministic authorization checks.

See the stage contracts catalog for the descriptive stage reference. The stage contracts remain as descriptive documentation of what each stage needs — not as compiler-validated enforcement rules.
