Notion is the source of truth. Initiative state is maintained in the Notion Projects database, not in this file. To update an Initiative:
- Open the Initiative in Notion
- Update the relevant properties (Line, Priority, Stage)
- Update the corresponding Task stages as work progresses
This file is a snapshot for documentation purposes and may be regenerated from Notion periodically. Do not edit it directly as part of your workflow.
