Gate D's one-shot mutation is complete. Continued estate access returns to the read-only contract; candidate promotion or further mutation requires its own approved workflow.

Three real-estate portfolio Initiatives now exist. Fresh-client retrieval of
init.262a4a5d2774a93027c0 returned the active primary Initiative, its three
concurrent Portfolio/Product/Software workstreams, and five related Assets with
complete envelopes and a valid physical batch.
M1 is verified. Independent verification passed after binding decisive
comparison authority to adapter-issued source envelopes and implementing the
approved gh-operator mode. Evidence is recorded in
PR #14.
Full candidate triage and a decisive persisted
EstateComparison are M4 golden-path execution. Unattended GitHub authentication
is an M3 production-runtime decision.
