Objective¶
Prove that a fresh requesting agent can use the reviewed real-estate estate, receive a decisive request-bound reuse decision, execute one exact authorized change, persist completion evidence, and allow another fresh agent to resume.
This is a Conductor golden-path canary. It is not authorization to build the entire real-estate Initiative.
Decision hypothesis¶
Extend Germany Real Estate Intelligence as the Initiative anchor. Reuse the reviewed scenario-calculator implementation as evidence and a supporting capability source. Preserve the predecessor research and pitch work as superseded evidence, and keep Modular Property Management outside this investor-decision workstream.
The exact delta is:
Formalize the intelligence and evidence contract first, while integrating the validated tax-aware scenario-calculation capability as an implementation component rather than treating an existing UI as the product definition.

Exit conditions¶
- Every request-relevant estate candidate is reviewed or explicitly dispositioned without promoting unrelated candidates.
- A persisted EstateComparison plus adapter-issued exhaustive snapshot yields exactly one decisive result.
- An exact plan completes M3 preparation, review, authorization, durable claim, execution, and evidence-complete feedback.
- The target repository change is bounded, tested, reviewable, and reversible.
- Executing-agent Notion writeback is idempotent and read back from a fresh process.
- A fresh agent identifies the completed action, unresolved items, and next action without relying on this conversation.
- Independent verification reproduces the positive and adversarial paths.
Non-goals¶
- Completing the real-estate product or its full intelligence model.
- Bulk triage of the remaining software estate.
- Turning Conductor into a project-state writer.
- Promoting observations into active corpus.
