Project registry¶
The canonical reference for every active Initiative and its workstreams. Updated by agents as Initiatives progress. See about/workflow.md for the full lifecycle.
How to use¶
- Before starting new work — check both tables for existing Initiatives that may overlap
- When a workstream advances — update the stage, evidence, and next action
- When a line is activated — add a row to workstreams for the new contribution
- When an Initiative completes — move it to done

- Workstreams — the detail. Per-line stage, estate, evidence, next action.
